At Trendems, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, due to the print-on-demand nature of our items, we only accept returns in specific cases.

1. Eligible Returns

• Wrong product received.
• Product damaged upon delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• The customer must apply for a return within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@trendems.com with photographs as proof.
• Our team will verify the issue based on the photos provided.
• Only after verification, the return will be approved.

3. Return Charges

• Some charges may be applicable for return processing.

4. Refund Process

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
